Founded in May 2014 by Rosamund Lannin and Carly Oishi,    Miss Spoken    is a Chicago Live Lit show featuring essays and stories by   Femmes, Nonbinary folk, Earth Mamas, Boss Babes, TransWomen,  Ladies, Cis Women, Hausfraus, Dykes,      Bitches,     and     Little Old Ladies.

AMY EATON         (SHE/HER)

Amy EATON is a Live Lit cheerleader, believing that it is a profoundly Chicago art form.

SHE is the founder of Mudlark Theater Company and worked extensively with youth for over twenty-five years.

AMY is a Ragdale alum and the 2nd runner up for the 2023 Daisy Pettles' Women's Writing Prize. Currently, she is a volunteer for Hippocampus magazine.

Amy offers workshops in Live Lit and one on one coaching.  She is wrassling with a memoir.

JASMINE  Davila     (SHE/HER)

Jasmine Davila has appeared in venues both small and medium sized, performing in Live lit shows including tuesday funk, 20x2, chirps first time and write club chicago.

Jasmine has been hosting Miss Spoken since 2016, managing to steer it through the pandemic via zoom and now to a new venue.

She can often be found listening to audio erotica while riding the 22 bus.
